Retreat from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 22.
The retreat will commence at 9 a.m. at the
MWC and writers will then be encouraged to venture out to the many Quad City
area venues or simply use the Mississippi River as their muse to aid in a
productive daylong writing session. The retreat will culminate in an informal
reading by retreat participants at 3 p.m. at MWC.
Robin
Throne will serve as retreat docent, and writing prompts, artistic aids,
and the MWC resource library will be available to spark creative intent.
